Study: American Moviegoers Prefer Movies with Christian, Biblical Values

Hollywood, Calif. – A study of the major movies released last year in the United States shows American moviegoers prefer movies with very strong Christian, redemptive, moral content and values reflecting biblical principles or Judeo-Christian ethics, Dr. Ted Baehr, founder and publisher of Movieguide®: The Family Guide to Movies and Entertainment revealed today.
American moviegoers preferred movies with such content by nearly a 6-to-1 margin, $61.29 million to $10.49 million on average or per movie, Baehr revealed:
