Tori Kelly Sings Sunday School Classic Over Her New Baby

Tori Kelly is praising God in motherhood’s simple moments.

In a sweet post to Instagram, the singer and songwriter shared an intimate moment of her singing “I’ve Got the Joy” to her new baby boy, Zayden, in classic Tori-Kelly style as she changed his diaper.

The video ended with the mother and son sharing some adorable giggles.

Kelly and her husband Andre Murillo welcomed Zayden Michael Murillo on Nov. 11, 2025.

While she was pregnant, Kelly reflected on the special blessing it is to bring new life into the world.

“This year has already been full of highs — getting to perform in stadiums all summer, writing the most personal songs of my career and now getting to start a family with my amazing husband,” she told PEOPLE. “We are just so grateful for what’s to come and can’t wait to meet this little gift from God.”

The sweet video took place in Zayden’s nursery, and Kelly opened up about what went into his special room.

“When I was thinking of the nursery, which I thought about kind of late to be honest, it was one of those things. I was on tour during the whole entire pregnancy. So there was a point I was like, ‘Shoot, I need help with this,’” she told PEOPLE.

Kelly said she “knew from the beginning I wanted a neutral color palette for two reasons. One, I think I’m just naturally drawn to more neutral tones, and I just think because it goes with everything and it’s timeless. But also, we didn’t actually know the gender of the baby, so it just felt like the right move to go more neutral.”

Her outlook on life has changed since becoming a mother.

“I think about him all the time,” Kelly gushed. “He’s inspired my new music. It’s just so much fun. There’s just this whole new outlook on life, I think. And seeing the world through his eyes as he’s discovering things has been really cool.”

What a sweet reminder to praise God in all areas of motherhood.
