‘There Is No Other Way’: UFC Star Proclaims Gospel to Millions After 24th Career Win

After UFC fighter Grant Dawson took home his 24th victory on Sunday night over Mateusz Rebecki, he boldly proclaimed the gospel.

“One more thing. I need to thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I was given a gift and a platform, and I plan on using that gift and that platform to tell every man, woman and child that will listen,” Dawson declared, per Jon Root on X. “There is no other God but Jesus Christ. There is no other judge but Jesus Christ. And most importantly, there is no other way to salvation except through Jesus Christ. Your works cannot save you. How good of a person you are cannot save you. The only thing that can get you into heaven is if the man on the middle cross says you can come.”

Dawson praised God for the win on social media on Monday.

“Got the win this weekend. 24-3 over all! God is good. Much longer poster coming later today I’m sure,” he said.

Dawson is constantly active on his social media platforms. He has “Christ is King” written in his Instagram bio and proclaims the name of Jesus any chance he gets.

“So far this has been one of the best camps I’ve had! You guys will see the best Grant Dawson to date! Christ is King,” Dawson shared before his fight with Rebecki.

A big reason for Dawson’s victory are the people in his corner, including his coach, Mikey Brown, who is a former WEC world champion and UFC fighter.

“What a night! #UFC328 Grant Dawson improves his impressive record to 24-3-1 with his 3rd round submission win over the very tough Mateusz Rebecki.” Brown wrote on social media after Dawson’s win. “Out of Grant’s 24 victories 19 have come by finish and out of those 19 finishes 10 have been rear naked chokes. Grant is a grappling wizard who showed he can also scrap if he needs to. It was a tough back and forth fight but Grant sealed the deal with a rear naked choke late in the 3rd. The team is super proud of him. Big Congrats!!”
