Candace Cameron Bure shared a teaser for her podcast’s fourteenth season, revealing that Francis Chan will co-host as the season revolves around learning about God’s love.

“I’ve got a question for you. Do you believe that God really loves you? Like, really, really loves you? I mean, maybe you imagine God as an angry dad or a distant guy with a beard sitting on a cloud, watching you all the time, judging you. No matter where you are in your faith, whether it’s a new journey for you or whether you grew up in church three times a week, the way you think about God changes everything in your life,” Bure said while teasing the upcoming season.

“Francis is joining me for six weeks, and believe me when I say that you do not want to miss a single minute of our conversation,” she continued. “I mean it. When Francis talks and shares his stories, he drips with wisdom. He wants you to experience God’s love so deeply that it completely changes the way you live.”

Bure has long used her podcast to talk about some of the most important topics related to faith.

God’s love is, perhaps, the most central part to anyone’s faith as understanding how the Lord sees you completely decides how you see Him. Chan will not shy away from the entire spectrum of God’s love, both the easy and the hard. He has previously spoken about how a relationship with the Lord impacts a person’s life.

“Do you tremble at the Word of God? Do you tremble? Because if you want God to choose you and see you, you need to tremble at His Word. Do you tremble at James 4:6, where it says, ‘God opposes the proud’? If there’s ever a verse to tremble at, that might be it,” Chan said in 2022.

“Those who are closest to God are those who are most humble…Do you understand this God that we pray to? When people were close to God, they were not proud,” he continued. “So whenever I see pride in my life, the answer to that is not ‘OK, let me try to be more humble.’ No. ‘Let me try to get closer to God.’ Because when I’m in the presence of God, there is not going to be pride there.”

This season of the Candace Cameron Bure podcast is sure to be valuable for Christians in all walks of faith. Season 14 kicked off on Tuesday, March 31, and new episodes will continue to release through May.
