Excited for the season finale of CROSSROAD SPRINGS? Here’s everything we know about Season 1’s final episode.
“In the season finale of CROSSROAD SPRINGS, entitled ‘Joy,’ the town gathers for the first Easter service at the new Cowboy Church, celebrating renewal, community, and faith,” a synopsis of the episode, shared by Parade, reads.
The synopsis continues, “Maggie and Bea (Eve Crawford) create Easter baskets for every family, while James (Jonathan Stoddard) delivers a heartfelt sermon that unites the barn in joy and worship. Janet (Emily Alatalo) is unexpectedly freed from work by Eric (Franco LoPresti) and arrives just in time to witness the service. But the celebration is overshadowed by Daniel’s (Jesse Hutch) revelation that the Hamiltons’ permit for expansion is now under review, hinting at new trouble ahead.”
CROSSROAD SPRINGS was nominated for Movieguide®’s Best Television for Families award at this year’s Movieguide® Awards, while Stoddard was recognized with a nomination for the Grace Award for Most Inspiring Performance for TV.

This isn’t the end of CROSSROAD SPRINGS; Great American Media recently renewed the show for a second season.
“CROSSROAD SPRINGS is reflective of Great American Media’s brand — faith-filled storytelling that celebrates families who respect, support, and stand by one another, even when differences arise,” Bill Abbott, President & CEO of Great American Media, said in a statement. “We made a commitment to uphold these values, and the success of storytelling through this lens is undeniable. We are excited to continue the journey with Season 2 and look forward to working with our partners at Brain Power and Nicely Entertainment to bring even more hope-filled stories to our viewers.”
Abbott made similar comments about GAF’s mission while speaking at this year’s National Religious Broadcasters Convention.
“In an age where entertainment reflects counter-culture beliefs that marginalize faith and family, Great American Media has developed several platforms in the past five years that truly reflects, showcases, and uplifts the American spirit, as reflected in our title, Great American Media,” he said.
Abbott continued, “When you represent faith, family, and country, that’s not the most popular place to be in Hollywood. But the audience demand is undeniable. Viewers want content that strengthens families and reflects their beliefs.”
“Great American Media exists to serve the American family,” he concluded, emphasizing, “We are committed to storytelling that brings families together around what matters most.”
The season finale of CROSSROAD SPRINGS airs on Sunday, March 29, on Great American Family.
