Grammy Award-winning artist Lauren Daigle’s new song, “You Lead Me,” will be featured in HOUSE OF DAVID Season 2.

“New Music! Lauren’s new song ‘You Lead Me,’ part of the @houseofdavid Season 2 Soundtrack, is coming your way next Friday, 3/27!! 💕 We can’t wait for you all to hear it!” the artist’s Instagram page announced.

“The track is expected to mirror the emotional and spiritual themes explored in HOUSE OF DAVID, a series that traces the life, calling, and challenges of one of Scripture’s most significant figures,” Jubilee Cast continued. “Through its focus on dependence on God’s leading, the song continues Daigle’s pattern of crafting music that resonates deeply with listeners navigating seasons of uncertainty and faith.”

All eight episodes of HOUSE OF DAVID Season 2 will be released on Friday on Prime Video through Wonder Project and Amazon MGM Studios.

“In Season 2 of HOUSE OF DAVID, Israel nears collapse as Saul’s reign falters. David rises from shepherd to warrior, caught between loyalty and destiny, while the Age of Iron transforms warfare. As families fracture, forbidden loves spark, and alliances shift, faith and power collide in a struggle that will decide Israel’s future,” Prime Video’s description reads.

Jon Erwin, Jon Gunn, Jonathan Lloyd Walker, Justin Rosenblatt, Chad Oakes, Michael Frislev, Trey Callaway and Mark McNair executive produce.

It stars Michael Iskander as David, alongside Ali Suliman as King Saul, Ayelet Zurer as Queen Ahinoam, and Stephen Lang as Samuel. The rest of the cast features Indy Lewis, Yali Topol Margalith, Ethan Kai, Sam Otto, Oded Fehr, Louis Ferreira, Davood Ghadami, Ashraf Barhom and Alexander Uloom.

Iskander won Movieguide®’s Grace Award for Television at the 33rd Annual Movieguide® Awards for his portrayal of David.

“I’ve been thinking a lot about why David is being highlighted so much in today’s culture. David is a guide for us, and he shows us that no matter how far away we may stray from Christ, He is going around and looking for us, and He’s calling us by name. And all we have to do is just say yes. All we have to do is just listen to His voice and say, ‘Yes Lord. I will follow you,’” the actor said while accepting the Grace Prize. “So, I want you to know, God doesn’t see how weak or small you may look or how grand or how strong you may look. He sees into your heart.”

Iskander can’t wait for fans to see what’s in store in Season 2, saying on Instagram it’s “bigger, deeper and filled with so much — action, romance, heartbreak, friendship and music.”

“…at the center of it all, a young man learning what it means to love and trust God with his whole heart. It’s been such an honor to step back into David’s journey, and I’m so excited for you to see where the story goes next,” he wrote.

All Season 2 episodes will drop on March 27 on Prime Video.
