As HGTV goes on a show cancelation spree, the network also postponed two shows from Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott.

CHASING THE WEST was originally set to premiere July 10 but has since been moved to July 30.

“Before they became The Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott grew up on a 160-acre ranch,” the logline for the show reads. “The West made them who they are, and they want to share their passion and real estate expertise with a growing movement of people yearning to escape city life.”

HGTV also delayed DON’T HATE YOUR HOUSE.

The series sees “Jonathan and Drew Scott put their renovation superpowers to work to help homeowners tackle insurmountable challenges and fix the issues they live with and hate when moving isn’t an option, hoping the families will ultimately come to love their homes.”

Initially slated to debut on July 30, it will now release “later this year.”

“Anyone who’s gone through a renovation these days got the same story,” Drew told TODAY’s Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager last year of the show’s purpose. “There’s something that comes up that was unexpected. The process is terrible, in fact. So that’s why we created the show. So many people said, your shows are usually, like, optimistic and happy, everything’s gonna be fine. Like, that’s not real life.”

He added that this series shows “raw behind the scenes” footage and “light at the end of the tunnel.”

HGTV had already been promoting both CHASING THE WEST and DON’T HATE YOUR HOUSE, making their sudden rescheduling interesting. However, Entertainment Now speculates that fans’ outcry could have something to do with it.

In the last month, HGTV canceled several shows, including BATTLE ON THE BEACH, BARGAIN BLOCK, FARMHOUSE FIXER and MARRIED TO REAL ESTATE. The network has not addressed the reasons behind the cancelations, but fans voiced frustration that the Scotts had three shows starting in July amid the cancelation spree. The brothers’ CELEBRITY IOU began on July 9; the first episode featured actress Rachel Brosnahan.

Stars of the canceled shows have expressed disappointment.

“There’s more to say, and we’ll share soon. But for now, know this: not all setbacks are what they seem. Some blessings show up in disguise. We’ve been here before. We’ll keep counting those blessings-and keep it moving,” said MARRIED TO REAL ESTATE’s husband-wife duo Egpyt Sherrod and Mike Jackson.

“Sometimes GOD will rip you out of a situation to set you up for your next!” Sherrod posted on Instagram of the cancelation.

While the Property Brothers’ other show’s haven’t been canceled yet, only HGTV knows what the future holds for the home reno siblings.
